It's Summer time!!!

It's Family Fun month!   July was my birthday month and it was also the month I lost my brother unexpectedly. While Eric made it a point to take every opportunity to celebrate, I took the time to re-evaluate EVERYTHING in my life. I have a new found appreciation for family, be intentional with loving on your family.   The signs of the season changing are already becoming evident. The leaves in the DMV area are already changing, kids and young adults are either back in school or getting ready for school and then there is the rise of another pandemic closure nearing.   Carve some time out to enjoy your family. There are so many things you can do on any budget:   Travel to a new place Have a picnic in the park Go to the Beach or the Lake Watch a tennis game Go hiking Spend the last couple of summer days by the poolside Camp in your backyard or just enjoy your backyard space Movie Night or Karaoke Nights are always FUN Bonfire with marshmallows or SMORES Or you can read the newly released best seller 📕, “Know your role in your marriage” with your favorite drink 🍹.   Whatever you decide, do it together, do it with love and be intentional with making time for each other.
